They also try to be more conscious and to grow. Some fall into the trap of the constant betterment which keeps them miserable during the journey, but most is shining ever so brightly.

I studied at the world's leading health coaching school called The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, based in New York City. A part of the curriculum was to explore 100 different dietary theories taught by worlds' leading health and wellness experts. While facing all the opposing research in nutrition, I soon realized that the food was the low hanging fruit readily available when we wanted a quality change. By using its medicinal properties, we can actually make a genuine shift.
However, I understand that nutritional theory won't get you far. If it was only about that, you'd have figured it by now.
